Acqua Nobile Iris

A bright, zesty burst of citrus oils hits immediately—mandarin's sweet tartness cutting through with grapefruit's bittersweet edge. The lemon adds a piercing clarity that's almost sharp, caught almost at once by neroli's waxy floral honeyed notes rolling in like morning mist.

The iris pallida assumes centre stage, its papery, slightly mineral quality blooming against the violet leaf's green herbaceousness. The neroli and orange blossom create a soft, almost translucent floral cloud, whilst the citrus fades to a supporting role, adding brightness rather than dominance. There's a subtle powdery texture emerging—refined, non-cosmetic, faintly reminiscent of iris root itself.

The musk and vanilla settle into a delicate, skin-scent finish; the iris becomes even more abstract and whisper-soft, barely distinguishable from the fragrance's natural decay.
